Description
The Medical Laboratory Scientist performs routine and complex clinical laboratory testing, including specimen acceptance, instrument operation and troubleshooting, reagent and control evaluation, quality control, preventive maintenance, documentation, and timely reporting of test results. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant science or clinical laboratory field, 2–4 years of clinical laboratory testing experience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The position is scheduled for four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
