Description
The Medical Laboratory Technician performs routine and specialized specimen collection, processing, testing, quality control, instrument operation, blood grouping and compatibility testing, cell morphology studies, coagulation testing, and chemical or immunological testing. The role requires a health science laboratory technology certificate or an MLT program completion, a college diploma or transcript, one year of relevant experience, and ASCP or AMT certification upon hire. It is a full-time evening shift with 80 hours biweekly, rotating every third weekend and alternating holidays, and includes health benefits, retirement savings, paid time off, education assistance, and expanded parental leave.
