Description
This role involves performing various laboratory tests, both routine and complex, under the supervision of a manager. It also entails assisting in management tasks, conducting quality control, participating in proficiency testing, and overseeing student rotations. The individual will ensure adherence to hospital protocols, manage inventory, contribute to performance improvement plans, evaluate new testing protocols, prepare schedules, and support competency assessments. This position requires strong communication, teamwork, independent problem-solving, and the ability to troubleshoot instrumentation issues.
