Description
Galileo is hiring a full-time contract Medical Licensing Specialist to manage the end-to-end state licensing process for Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, MDs, and DOs across all 50 states. The role coordinates with providers, state medical and nursing boards, and internal teams; submits and tracks applications; collects documentation; resolves regulatory issues; maintains licensing data in Verifiable; and escalates active applications to prevent delays. The position requires at least two years of healthcare licensing or credentialing experience, familiarity with multi-state requirements and the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact, and strong organizational and follow-through skills. Compensation is $25 per hour.
