Description
The Ambulatory Site Manager oversees clinical, business-office, and administrative operations at an ambulatory site. The role coordinates services, manages vendors and supplies, supports patient satisfaction and safety, monitors expenditures, develops departmental goals and policies, manages and develops staff, and uses electronic medical records and financial data to improve operational and financial performance. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, plus at least five years of management experience in a medical office setting.
