Description
The Medical Professional evaluates donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis procedures, administers approved immunizations, monitors adverse reactions, documents donor information in NexLynk, consults with the Licensed Physician, counsels deferred donors, and supports center compliance with SOPs, cGMP, FDA, CLIA, and other regulatory requirements. The role also trains new medical professionals, serves as a QA backup, and may perform moderate-complexity testing. Candidates must hold a recognized healthcare credential, a current state license or certification, CPR certification, and authorization for moderate-complexity testing; one year of hospital, field-care, or plasma-center experience is preferred.
