Description
The Donor Center Technician I evaluates donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis procedures, reviews medical and immunization records, documents donor information in NexLynk, monitors adverse reactions, counsels deferred donors, and supports compliance with SOPs, FDA, CLIA, and cGMP requirements. The role also provides limited emergency care, trains new medical professionals, and serves as a QA backup. Candidates must hold a recognized healthcare credential, a current state license or certification, CPR certification, and authorization for moderate-complexity testing; one year of hospital, field-care, or plasma-center experience is preferred. The full-time position offers a base pay range of $27.84 to $46.41 and medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
