Description
The role evaluates donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis procedures, administers approved immunizations, monitors adverse reactions, documents donor information in NexLynk, consults with the Licensed Physician, counsels deferred donors, and supports center compliance with SOPs, cGMP, FDA, CLIA, and other regulatory requirements. The position also trains new medical professionals, serves as a QA backup, and may require moderate-complexity testing authorization. Candidates must hold a recognized healthcare credential, a current state license or certification, CPR certification, and the ability to perform moderate-complexity testing; one year of hospital, field-care, or plasma-center experience is preferred.
