Description
The Donor Center Technician I evaluates donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis, reviews and documents donor information and immunization records, monitors adverse reactions, consults with the Licensed Physician, counsels deferred donors, maintains compliance documentation, and supports quality and regulatory requirements. The role also trains new medical professionals, serves as a QA backup, and requires healthcare-related education, a current professional license or certification, CPR certification, and state authorization for moderate-complexity testing.
