Preventive Measures is hiring an outpatient medical professional to support a psychiatric facility across multiple United States locations. The role combines front-desk and medical-assistant duties, including patient triage, greeting and scheduling, medical-record maintenance, appointment coordination, documentation, prior-authorization and prescription-screening support, lab-result coordination, and HIPAA-compliant communication. A high school diploma or GED is required, while medical-assistant or medical certification and related-field experience are preferred; the position also requires PPD, Pennsylvania background checks, ChildLine clearance, an FBI background check, and a mandated-reporter certificate.
