TEKsystems is hiring an Operations Coordinator for a contract-to-hire, fully onsite role in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The position coordinates logistics and dispatch activities for healthcare-related equipment deliveries, pickups, scheduling, customer service, patient assistance, and communication with drivers, warehouse teams, retail locations, and internal departments. It requires customer service experience, Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with possible on-call coverage, and the position is anticipated to close on October 6, 2026.
