Description
The Medical Scheduling Manager directs the daily operations of a call center, supervises and trains Medical Schedulers, resolves customer complaints, monitors performance and attendance, maintains schedules and databases, coordinates equipment and supply needs, and ensures compliance with company policies. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least two years of professional customer-service experience; a bachelor's degree or related public health or community development experience is preferred, along with bilingual English, Spanish, or Creole ability.
