Description
The Medical Science Director, Oncology will develop and deliver scientifically accurate medical education content for healthcare professionals, including digital, live virtual, and in-person programs. The role combines oncology expertise, medical writing, adult learning, instructional design, and collaboration with internal teams, clients, and thought leaders. It requires 3–5 years of experience developing medical education programs and 3–5 years as a medical writer or content developer, with hematology/oncology expertise preferred. The position offers a $135,000–$150,000 annual base salary, an annual bonus, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
