Eucalyptus is hiring a Medical Support Associate to provide email-based medical triage, assessment, and support to patients, monitor treatment adherence, coordinate with general practitioners and pharmacies, conduct four- and eight-month reviews, and share patient insights. The role requires a registered pharmacist with at least two years of post-registration healthcare experience, strong writing and communication skills, and a rotational day-to-mid shift schedule covering 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM Philippine Time.
