Rising Ground is hiring a full-time Medical Support Professional for its I/DD department in Westchester and New York City. The role provides person-centered medical, clinical, behavioral, and safety support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including medication administration, appointment support, medical documentation, emergency response, inventory management, and coordination with nursing and healthcare providers. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of experience with individuals with I/DD, mandatory training, background checks, and a valid driver’s license; it is residential and requires in-person work in New York City with possible travel to other sites.
