Description
Flagstar Nursing is seeking a compassionate Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for a Telemetry Unit. The role involves providing professional nursing care, monitoring heart rhythms, responding to cardiac emergencies, focusing on infection prevention and fall prevention, and assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. Candidates must have an active Ohio State RN license, BLS certificate, knowledge of telemetry interpretation and monitoring, and 2 years of RN experience.
