Springfield Clinic is hiring a Medical Technologist to perform routine, special, and automated laboratory testing across microbiology, clinical chemistry, hematology, serology, coagulation, immunology, and urinalysis. The role includes blood draws, bacteriology cultures and smears, quality control, instrument and reagent maintenance, troubleshooting, method development, reporting results, teaching laboratory staff, rotating between laboratory sections and shifts, and working at satellite locations while following HIPAA, OSHA, incident-reporting, and customer-service policies.
