Description
The Medical Technologist performs routine and special laboratory tests across microbiology, clinical chemistry, hematology, serology, coagulation, urinalysis, bacteriology, and immunology. The role includes blood sampling, instrument operation, quality control, result reporting, reagent inventory, troubleshooting, teaching new personnel, and rotating between laboratory sections, shifts, and satellite sites. The position reports to the Laboratory Manager and requires a medical technology education or equivalent training and experience, along with the ability to supervise, troubleshoot, communicate, and work independently.
