Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is hiring a full-time Lead Medical Technologist (MT/MLT) for its Central Lab in Westerville, Ohio. The role performs pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical laboratory testing and assists with laboratory production oversight, staff training and evaluation, equipment and method support, quality assurance and quality control, inventory, reporting, and process improvement. The position requires 3–5 years of experience in a highly complex laboratory, ASCP or equivalent certification, and relevant medical laboratory education; leadership experience is preferred.
