Description
The Medicare/MDS Coordinator, working under the Director of Nursing Services, coordinates the Medicare and Minimum Data Set (MDS) resident assessment process and interdisciplinary team completion in compliance with state and federal regulations. The role also coordinates care planning, nursing treatments and interventions, infection-control-compliant care, emergency measures, documentation, meetings, and resident-rights protections. It requires current RN licensure, with long-term-care nursing and supervisory experience preferred.
