Description
Dimensions Living Appleton is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide to ensure residents receive safe and accurate medication support. The role involves administering medications, documenting accurately, observing for side effects, performing narcotic counts, and maintaining confidentiality. Additionally, the Medication Aide will deliver exceptional resident care by assisting with ADLs, following service plans, answering call lights, and encouraging independence. They will also promote safety by reporting changes, maintaining a clean work environment, and participating in training.
