Spring Arbor Senior Living is hiring part-time Medication Aides / Med Techs for its Assisted Living community in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The role supports residents with medication assistance and activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility, incontinence care, and linens, under the direction of the Resident Care Director. Applicants must be at least 18, have a CNA/PCA/DSP license or certification in good standing, current Medication Training certification, and pass a clean criminal background check; CNA/PCA/DSP certification, senior-care experience, CPR/First Aid, and computerized resident documentation experience are preferred or required by state. The position offers up to $23.90 per hour, same-day pay, and medical, vision, and dental coverage for full-time employees.
