Spring Arbor of Salisbury is hiring a Medication Aide / Med Tech (RMA) for its Assisted Living area. The role provides resident care, including medication assistance under state guidelines, activities of daily living, mobility and incontinence care, communication with resident services, and participation in resident activities. The position offers PRN flexible scheduling, walk-in interviews on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and starts at $20.01 per hour with higher pay based on experience. Applicants must be at least 18, have current Medication Training certification, pass a criminal background screening, and may need CNA or Nursing Assistant certification depending on state requirements; senior adult experience, CPR and first aid, and computerized resident documentation experience are preferred.
