Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a full-time Medication Aide to support residents in assisted living and potentially memory care. The role includes managing medication needs, documenting care, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, providing first aid and wound care, observing resident changes, transporting residents, and responding to emergencies. A high school diploma or equivalent and state educational requirements are required; CPR certification, elderly-population experience, dementia experience, and a calm, helpful, respectful demeanor are preferred.
