Description
The Medication Care Partner provides person-centered, preventative, restorative, and hands-on care to residents in a fast-paced health-care setting. Responsibilities include engaging residents and families, supporting independence, assisting with meals, laundry, showering, vital signs, documenting care changes, and reporting safety or infection-control concerns. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of related health-care experience or equivalent education and experience, Medication Nursing Assistant certification, and CPR/Basic Life Support certification. It is a full-time second-shift position in Rockingham County, New Hampshire, with a $2.75 per hour second-shift differential.
