RiverMead is hiring a Medication Nursing Assistant for its 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) in Peterborough, New Hampshire. The role provides direct personal care, prepares and administers medications to stable residents under licensed nurse supervision, supports resident self-administration, maintains documentation, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and responds to emergencies. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience, required training and New Hampshire licensure, CPR certification, and strong communication and attention-to-detail skills. The position offers a $2.00 per hour second-shift differential and a weekend differential of $1.50 per hour, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
