Description
The Medication Aide will work at the Texas Civil Commitment Medical Center in Littlefield, Texas, reporting to the Mental Health Coordinator and distributing medications from filled prescriptions, administering medications, documenting care, maintaining medication-room security, returning outdated medication, and protecting medical records in accordance with HIPAA. The role is full time, pays $18.20 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, certified medication aide training, a Texas state medication aide exam or current Texas LVN license, and a valid Texas driver's license.
