Spring Oak is hiring a Medication Technician to safely administer medications, lead and support Medication Technicians and caregivers, coordinate shifts, maintain medication records, monitor supplies, assist with cart audits, observe residents, and provide personal care and supervision. The role requires South Carolina medication administration certification, previous Medication Technician experience, and strong organizational, communication, leadership, and documentation skills. The shift is 7:00am–3:00pm with weekend availability needed, and the position offers a competitive salary, benefits, 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
