Description
The Medicine Tech/Resident Care Associate- Assisted Living provides personal care, activities, documentation, emergency response, and medication administration for residents in an assisted-living setting. The role includes bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, vital signs, laundry, linens, medication preparation and administration, charting, and reporting adverse reactions or medication refusals under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Prior geriatric experience is preferred, and the position requires physical ability to assist with residents and perform frequent standing, bending, lifting, and transferring. The role is based in Bradenton, Florida, with a starting salary of $18.00 plus shift differential and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement benefits.
