Description
The Medicine Tech/Resident Care Associate- Assisted Living performs personal care, activities, documentation, emergency response, and medication administration for residents in an assisted-living setting. The role prepares and administers oral, topical, and suppository medications, records administration, monitors vital signs, reports adverse reactions, and follows physician orders under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Prior geriatric experience is preferred, and the position requires physical ability to assist with residents and pass drug and background screening. The role is based in Bradenton, Florida, with a starting salary of $18.00 plus shift differential and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement benefits.
