Structure Therapeutics is hiring an experienced Medicinal Chemistry Lead to report to the Senior Director of Chemistry and lead SAR studies for one or more GKAR chemical series. The role directs medicinal chemistry functions, analyzes screening data, develops and executes chemistry plans, coordinates chemistry and biology data, supervises CRO synthetic chemistry activities, and advises internal and external partners on targets and opportunities. Candidates need a PhD in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry or equivalent, 5–10 years of small-molecule medicinal chemistry experience, demonstrated advancement of drug-discovery projects, and a record of scientific contributions.
