KPN is hiring a Medior AI Engineer for its AI for Corporate team within Corporate Insights & Analytics. The role designs and builds generative AI and NLP solutions for HR and Finance, including AI agents, automated invoice scanning, approval workflows, and predictive models. The engineer owns features from idea through production, collaborates with business and technical stakeholders, and applies production-grade software engineering. The position is hybrid, with meetings in Rotterdam and Amsterdam, and requires a master’s degree in AI or Computer Science, 2–5 years of production AI/ML experience, Python, Docker, cloud experience, and API/CI/CD familiarity. Dutch proficiency is required, and the gross monthly salary is €5,216–€7,843.
