The role focuses on identifying and developing large or serialized projects, managing opportunities and bids, coordinating with internal technical and support teams, maintaining project information in Salesforce, and expanding Eaton’s network with engineering firms, consultants, EPC contractors, and major end-user decision-makers. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree, at least 10 years of large-project experience, expertise in low-voltage switchgear and busway systems, and strong relationship-building and presales skills.
