Aurea GmbH is seeking a Melter for a temporary employee-leasing assignment at its Radevormwald site for a well-known metal-industry client. The role involves melting materials with induction crucible furnaces, weighing and checking charge composition, and pouring molten charges using horizontal and vertical centrifugal casting machines. The position requires foundry-melter vocational training or comparable qualification, experience with refractory-material installation, and availability for three shifts; it offers 35 hours per week, above-tariff pay, social benefits, shift allowances, and the possibility of long-term assignments.
