The role provides front-line financial service, assists members with online banking and account transactions, identifies member needs, recommends or refers products, supports branch sales and referral targets, and promotes cooperative products. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of retail or customer service experience, completion of the Sales Essentials course and role-specific certification, and strong interpersonal, computer, and risk-management skills.
