Description
The role provides initial customer service, transactional, deposit, and loan assistance to members, processes loan applications, handles complaints, and sells AFCU financial products and services. It requires face-to-face member interaction, consultative advising, CRM and prospecting work, knowledge of consumer lending and credit systems, and the ability to work overtime. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while cash-handling experience, two or more years of sales experience, and two years of financial-institution experience are preferred; mortgage-loan-origination registration eligibility is also listed.
