The Member Advisor supports branch operations at Newton Branch in Surrey from Tuesdays through Saturdays by delivering front-line financial service, assisting with online banking and member transactions, processing account and card openings, promoting Tru Cooperative Bank products, and referring members to appropriate advisors. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of retail or customer service experience, completion of the Tru Cooperative Sales Essentials Course, and internal role-specific certification; sales and cash-handling experience are preferred.
