OneAZ Credit Union is hiring an in-office Member Care Associate to support consumer loan and deposit account applications in a call center environment. The role handles inbound and outbound member inquiries, processes and funds loans and deposit accounts, reviews credit and underwriting information, manages application pipelines, and develops member relationships. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience, and strong communication skills; some college is preferred. The position is based at the Phoenix corporate office and offers a target hiring range of $21.12 to $26.40 per hour, plus medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, childcare, and other benefits.
