OneAZ Credit Union is hiring an in-office Member Care Rep I at its Phoenix corporate office to handle member calls, account information, transactions, loan payments, product explanations, online and telephone banking setup, and escalated-issue research. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of customer service or call center experience, and strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish/English ability and financial-institution experience are preferred. Compensation is $17.00 to $23.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, childcare, and other benefits.
