Lockheed Martin is hiring a Human Factors Engineer to lead human factors engineering efforts across multiple Navy, Army, Air Force, and Coast Guard programs; develop and cultivate a human-machine systems interface community of practice across multiple RMS sites; and train and mentor junior HSI employees on advanced analysis concepts and reports. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or human systems field, at least two years of user experience and user interface concept fundamentals knowledge, and the ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret clearance. Desired skills include military warfare and mission concepts, weapon system capabilities, unmanned vehicle controls, cybersecurity, AI, robotics, and virtual reality.
