Description
Industrious is hiring a full-time Member Experience Associate to serve as the first point of contact for members entering its offices. The role includes preparing coffee and breakfast, stocking common areas, managing inventory and supplies, creating events and signage, adding members to systems, assisting with IT or Wi-Fi issues, supporting local marketing events, and taking members on tours. The position requires physical activity, food preparation, cleaning, and adherence to health and safety protocols, and is performed on-site five days per week.
