Description
The Member Experience Associate delivers member service and product sales across multiple AAA branch locations, including the South Roseville Branch. The role requires customer service, consultative sales, product knowledge, adaptability, and proficiency with branch systems, with a full-time on-site schedule including Saturdays. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of work experience including at least one year in sales, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel between locations. Compensation includes a competitive hourly base plus commissions, with starting rates of $23.00 to $26.95 per hour and annual incentives ranging from $270 to $3,500.
