Description
The Member Experience Associate supports daily banking operations at Bow Valley Credit Union’s Banff branch, including account openings, transaction processing, member relationship building, product recommendations, compliance, branch operations, and internal auditing. The role is full-time, on-site in Banff, Alberta, Monday through Friday, and requires a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, customer service and sales experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to pass bondable background checks.
