Industrious is hiring an in-person, on-site Member Experience Associate in Austin, Texas. The role supports the member experience by preparing offices, brewing coffee, stocking amenities, managing inventory, adding members to systems, assisting with IT or Wi-Fi issues, supporting local marketing events, and taking member tours. The position also includes food preparation, cleaning, and compliance with health and safety protocols. It requires physical work involving lifting up to 25 pounds and extended standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and walking. Compensation starts at $21.60 per hour, with fixed part-time hours and additional commuter, bonus, telehealth, and personal-time benefits.
