Industrious is hiring an in-person Member Experience Manager to run a coworking/workplace location in Aventura, Florida. The role combines hospitality, member support, consultative sales, community relationship-building, event programming, local business development, and operational coordination. The manager will identify members' needs, conduct tours, deliver solutions, organize communications and daily operations, create community programming, and perform hands-on hospitality duties including lifting, food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining health and safety standards. The role is based on site five days per week and offers a $71,000 annual base salary plus up to $11,000 in performance bonus, with subsidized healthcare and other benefits.
