Industrious is hiring an on-site Member Experience Manager in Austin, Texas to manage a coworking location, serve as the primary contact for members, solve operational issues, conduct consultative sales and tours, build local business relationships, identify prospective members, and organize community programming and events. The role requires strong customer service, business judgment, attention to detail, collaboration, resilience, and the ability to perform physical hospitality, food preparation, cleaning, and safety-related duties. It is based on site five days per week and offers a base salary starting at $70,000 plus up to $11,000 in performance-related bonus pay and benefits including subsidized healthcare.
