Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a full-time Member Experience Representative to work on-site from its Member Experience Center in Newport News, Virginia. The role delivers sales and service through voice, text, and video channels; resolves member service requests; supports account openings and digital banking; uses consultative selling to recommend products; assists with applications and onboarding; documents interactions in a CRM; and follows compliance and service standards. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent experience in sales, service, or financial services, with financial-services contact-center or branch experience and CRM proficiency preferred.
