Alabama Credit Union is hiring a Member Experience Representative to serve members at the Loxley, Shoreline, Airbus, West Mobile, and Alabama River branches. The frontline role involves onboarding members, opening new accounts, assisting with loan requests and financial transactions, handling cash and negotiable instruments, and promoting additional products and services. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service and cash-handling skills, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to sell products; one to three years of similar experience and Spanish bilingual ability are preferred. The salary range is $16.42 to $24.62.
