Description
The Member Navigator is a full-time, non-exempt role at the Center for Better Aging focused on member acquisition, lead management, scheduling, transportation coordination, insurance and PCP assignment support, community outreach, event execution, and Salesforce data tracking. The position reports to the Director of Member Engagement and Growth Strategy, requires on-site work at St. Bernard Hospital with extensive travel throughout the Greater South Side of Chicago, and offers a $75,000 annual base salary plus a $15,000 performance bonus. A high school diploma or GED is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and the role requires U.S. work authorization, reliable transportation, and local travel.
