Description
Simile is hiring a Data Staff member to own the full lifecycle of data entering and flowing through its simulation platform. The role covers sourcing third-party datasets, expanding global data partnerships, operating first-party human-data collection, managing vendors and incentives, structuring data agreements, improving model performance, maintaining data fidelity, and ensuring consent, privacy, and usage rights. Candidates should have negotiating experience, data-thinking ability, and strong process skills; consulting, procurement, and technical fluency are preferred. Compensation is $150,000–$300,000 USD plus equity and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
